Repair Vapi to Make to Sheets Webhook
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a Vapi.com voice-analysis flow that should push its call-analysis JSON to Google Sheets. The path is Vapi ➜ Webhooks.com ➜ Make.com ➜ existing row in a Sheet. Right now the webhook is connected perfectly however several of the data fields, are not being updated in Sheets for an accurate call back lead.
What I know so far
• The analysis is generated on Vapi, but “Data not being sent” is the current symptom.
• Make.com receives the webhook call during tests, yet the fields I need never appear in the bundle. I have already checked every mapping option inside Make and can’t locate the required data.
What I need from you

.5. Inspect the structured data compared to fields in sheets for updating.
1. Trace the payload coming out of Vapi, confirm it hits the Webhooks.com endpoint, and prove it reaches Make.com intact.
2. Map the correct properties in Make so the scenario updates the specific columns in the existing row (no new rows, no blanks).
3. Document the working payload structure and show me where in Vapi or Webhooks.com I can add or rename fields if needed.
4. Hand off a clean, commented Make scenario (or blueprint) that I can re-import if something breaks.
Acceptance
When a call ends, the corresponding row in my Sheet updates automatically with the fresh analysis data—every time, no duplicates, no missing columns.
