UK Renovation Property Sourcing VA
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I invest in residential property across the UK and need a dependable virtual assistant who can consistently feed me with houses that look tired but have solid uplift potential once refurbished. Your core focus will be two-fold: first, spot suitable deals; second, give me a rough idea of what it might cost to bring each one up to a resale-ready standard.
You’ll work mainly from online portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, and you’re welcome to ring or email local estate agents when that uncovers better intelligence. I don’t need a full QS report—basic ballpark figures for the likely renovation spend are fine so that I can decide whether to dig deeper.
Key deliverables each week:
• A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) listing at least ten candidate properties with the URL, asking price, postcode, agent contact, headline description of works required and your estimated refurb cost range.
• Brief notes on why you believe each deal will lift in value after works (nearby comparables, emerging buyer demand, transport links, etc.).
• Any supporting photos, agent brochures or floor plans you collect along the way.
Accuracy and speed matter more to me than quantity; if a property doesn’t stack, I’d rather you skip it. Familiarity with UK building costs, EPC ratings and sold-price tools will help you hit the ground running.
If this sounds like the sort of sourcing and initial analysis you can deliver on a regular schedule, let’s talk and arrange a short paid trial.
