Full-Time Remote Researcher Needed – Surplus Funds & Skip Tracing
We are looking for a full-time remote researcher to join our growing surplus funds company. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys online research.
Responsibilities
* Research foreclosure and tax deed surplus funds.
* Build accurate lead lists from public records.
* Skip trace property owners, heirs, and potential claimants.
* Verify names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and relatives when available.
* Review and update existing lead lists for accuracy.
* Organize data in Google Sheets or Excel.
* Maintain detailed research notes and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
* Strong internet research skills.
* Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
* Reliable computer and high-speed internet.
* Experience with skip tracing, real estate, public records, or surplus funds is a plus but not required.
Position Details
* Full-Time: 40 hours per week
* Pay: $2–$4 USD per hour (based on experience)
* Long-term opportunity with performance-based raises and bonuses.
