Remote Job Application Assistant
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I want someone who can take the entire job-application process off my plate for remote positions that fall under Denial Specialist, Medical Billing, RCM, and broader Accounting / Finance titles. The target industries are Healthcare, Finance, and Insurance, and every application needs to go out through LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• First, work with me to create role-specific resume and cover-letter templates. I’ll supply raw career data; you’ll handle formatting, keyword optimisation, and tailoring for ATS on each platform.
• Once the master templates are approved, you’ll monitor the three portals daily, spot suitable openings, customise the material, and submit on my behalf.
• Keep a shared tracker—Google Sheets is fine—showing job link, date applied, version used, follow-up dates, and any employer feedback.
• Send me a concise weekly summary so I can stay on top of responses and interviews.
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical: no missed fields, no mismatched job titles, and consistent use of my contact information. Familiarity with application systems and keywords for Denials, RCM, and finance workflows will help you hit the ground running.
