Registration Form Data Entry

I have stacks of physical registration cards that need to be transcribed directly into an online form. Every record must be keyed in manually, field-by-field, following the exact layout of the web-based registration interface I will provide.

Scope
• Roughly a few thousand individual registrations, delivered in scanned PDF bundles.
• Each form averages 12–15 fields: names, contact details, IDs, and one optional comments box.
• Consistent formatting—capitalization, dates (DD/MM/YYYY), and phone numbers—matters for every entry.

Process
1. I’ll share a secure link to the online portal and a small pilot batch so you can confirm understanding.
2. Once the pilot is approved, continue with the remaining scans in rolling batches.
3. Submit a simple progress sheet (Google or Excel) showing record counts and any flagged unreadable items.

Accuracy checkpoints
• 100 % completion of required fields.
• Maximum error rate: 1 typo per 500 fields (spot-checked).
• Any ambiguous handwriting must be highlighted in the progress sheet rather than guessed.

You’ll need a stable internet connection, attention to detail, and the patience to switch efficiently between PDFs and the form. Experience with high-volume online form filling is preferred, but clear communication and proven accuracy matter most.
