Recipe Data Entry into Sheets

I have a collection of 50-plus handwritten recipes that currently exist as scanned images. I need every one of them transferred into a Google Sheet I’ll share with you, using the template already set up. Accuracy matters more to me than speed; the sheet needs to read cleanly and stay perfectly aligned with the headings I’ve provided.

Each recipe is of moderate complexity—nothing wildly intricate, yet far more than four-ingredient quick fixes—so careful attention is required when copying both the ingredient lists and the step-by-step instructions. The two main columns you’ll be populating are Ingredients and Steps, with any additional notes placed exactly where the template specifies. Any abbreviations or substitutions you spot in the scans should be typed out in full words to keep everything consistent.

I’ll supply the Google Drive folder containing the images plus the sheet template. Once you’ve added all entries, a quick pass for uniform formatting (capitalisation, punctuation, spacing) will wrap things up.
