I need a clean, well-structured spreadsheet of real estate agents working in the following markets:

• New York
• Los Angeles
• Houston
• Dallas
• Miami
• Beverly Hills
• Orange County, CA

For each agent, please collect:
1. Full name
2. Professional email address
3. Company they work for

Use only information you can confirm directly on the agent’s or brokerage’s own website; no online directories or social-media scrapes. I’m aiming for an accurate, up-to-date list rather than the largest possible one, so quality control matters.

Deliver the data in Excel or Google Sheets, one row per agent, with separate columns for Name, Email, and Company. I’ll quickly check a sample before you proceed with the full batch to be sure we’re aligned on formatting and verification standards.
