Raw Material Data Spreadsheet

I have several plain-text files that contain a mix of text and numeric information about our raw materials. Your task is to transpose everything into a clean spreadsheet—Excel or Google Sheets is fine—using the following column structure:
• Name and ID
• Quantity and Price
• Date and Description
The source files are already well organized, so this is mostly accurate copy-paste and light formatting, but I still need each entry double-checked for spelling, number alignment, and consistent date formatting. Once finished, share the final sheet and the original import file (or link) so I can verify. Accuracy and neat column alignment are the key acceptance criteria.
