Pull 680 Commerical real estate owner Contacts with reonomy

I have 680 commercial real-estate owner records I need the contact details pulled from Reonomy. The basic property data is already there—what’s missing is solid, up-to-date contact info. Your job is to track down and verify both a direct phone number and a working email address for every owner on the list, then return the cleaned file back to me.

Accuracy is critical. Every phone number and email must be double-checked against at least two reliable sources, or confirmed by a quick verification call/email ping if necessary. If a record truly has no reachable contact, mark it clearly as “exhausted” and note the sources you searched.

Deliverable
• A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with the original 680 rows plus two new, fully verified columns—Owner Phone and Owner Email—along with a brief note column citing your verification sources.
