DESCRIPTION:
I’m looking for someone who can develop a complete, step-by-step construction process from start to finish in MS project or excel or gsheet. This should cover the entire customer journey and build lifecycle, including clear timeframes for each stage.
The process should include:
Initial client enquiry and consultation (with expected response and follow-up timeframes)
Design and planning stages (including timeline for concept to final plans)
Plans, specifications, and inclusions
Colour and material selections (with defined selection periods)
Pre-construction planning, permits, and approvals (with estimated approval durations)
Construction stages and site management (broken down by each build phase with timelines)
Materials ordering and procurement scheduling
Quality checks and inspections at each stage
Client communication touchpoints throughout the process
Final handover process and post-handover support
Each step should clearly outline:
Responsibilities
Deliverables
Timeframes/service delivery expectations
The final output should be structured, easy to follow, and ideally delivered in Excel or another shareable platform.
