Product Feature Request Sheet Revamp

I need my current Google Sheet overhauled so it becomes a reliable hub for collecting and analysing product feature requests. The sheet already exists, but right now it’s nothing more than a simple table; I want it to feel like a purpose-built tool that any stakeholder can open, submit an idea, and immediately see it routed to the right place for review.

Here’s what the finished sheet must offer:
• User-friendly form – a clean, branded Google Form (or in-sheet interface) that non-technical teammates can fill out in seconds.
• Automated categorisation – tags or drop-downs that sort requests by product area, priority, customer segment, and status the moment they land, powered by formulas or Apps Script.
• Detailed analytics – live charts, pivot tables, and/or a Looker Studio dashboard that visualise request volume, trending themes, and resolution time.

Please build directly in Google Workspace, keeping everything share-ready and maintenance-light. If you rely on Apps Script, add clear inline comments so I can tweak rules later.
