I have a stack of printed documents that need to be converted into a clean, fully verified spreadsheet. I’m comfortable working in both Excel and Google Sheets, so you can choose whichever platform suits you best. The layout itself is straightforward—standard columns and rows—but I do need your help designing clear, intuitive column headers before we begin.

Here’s what I expect: every piece of information from the originals transcribed accurately, with spelling, punctuation, and line breaks all checked twice. Once complete, the file should be ready for immediate sorting and analysis without any extra clean-up on my end.
