Precise Forms Data Entry

I have between one and fifty scanned forms that need to be keyed into a clean, error-free digital format. The scans are clear, but I want every field transcribed exactly as shown, with consistent capitalization, punctuation, and spelling. When a field is blank on the form, please leave it blank—no fillers.

You may use the tool of your choice—Excel, Google Sheets, or an equivalent structured file—as long as the final file allows me to sort, filter, and quickly export the information later. I will provide the scans in a single batch, and I’d like the completed spreadsheet returned in the same order as the original images so I can spot-check your work.

If you notice anything ambiguous in the handwriting or a section that looks smudged, flag it in a separate “Notes” column rather than guessing; accuracy matters more than speed.

Once the dataset passes a quick spot-check for consistency and totals line up with the raw forms, the project is complete.
