Precise Data Entry Support

I have an ongoing stream of raw information that needs to be converted into well-structured, error-free records. The work mostly revolves around copying data from source documents into spreadsheets, validating that everything is consistently formatted, and flagging any anomalies you notice along the way.

Speed matters, but accuracy matters more. If something looks off, I expect you to raise a quick question rather than guess. You should already be comfortable navigating large Excel or Google Sheets files, using basic formulas to verify totals and spot duplicates, and sorting or filtering without breaking the underlying structure.

For each batch I send, I will provide a template, a short set of rules, and a deadline. Your deliverable is the completed spreadsheet returned on or before that date, fully checked and ready for upload into our system.
