My spreadsheet structure is already built—I simply need every piece of information I provide entered accurately so the file is immediately usable for analysis and reporting. The content includes a mix of numbers and text, and I want each record grouped under the correct category tab or column rather than in date or alphabetical order.
Here’s what I expect:
• Enter all supplied data into the existing Excel/Google Sheets layout exactly as formatted.
• Maintain strict data integrity—no typos, misplaced decimals, or truncated text.
• Keep cell styles, drop-downs, and data-validation rules intact.
• Highlight or comment on anything that looks ambiguous, duplicated, or inconsistent.
• If you see opportunities for simple formulas, look-ups, or pivots that would streamline future reporting, note them for my review (implementation can follow once confirmed).
Once finished, I should be able to sort, filter, and build charts straight away without additional cleanup. Accuracy and clear organization are far more important to me than sheer speed, so please factor in a quick quality check before you hand the file back.
