I have a pre-formatted Google Sheets template ready to go and will share the link as soon as we start. The sheet already contains 500 company names; every row simply needs three additional fields completed: primary contact name, work email, and direct phone number.
Your job is to research each company, locate an appropriate contact (ideally someone in sales, marketing, or leadership), and enter the verified details in the designated columns without changing the existing formatting or formulas. Please use reliable public sources, company sites, or professional networks to ensure the information is current and accurate.
Deliverable:
• My Google Sheets file returned with all 500 rows fully populated, consistent capitalization, and no broken email formats.
• Anything you could not verify should be clearly flagged for quick follow-up.
A fast, detail-oriented approach is important; once complete I will spot-check a sample for accuracy before approving the job.
