I have a batch of physical documents that needs to be turned into clean, searchable text. The job is straightforward data entry: each page must be keyed in exactly as written, preserving spelling, punctuation, and line breaks where they appear. All information will be captured in the spreadsheet template I supply (Excel or Google Sheets—your choice).
You will receive high-resolution scans or clear photos of the paperwork. I expect you to:
• enter the text data faithfully
• double-check for typing mistakes before submission
• flag any unreadable words or inconsistencies so I can verify them
When you hand the file back to me, every row should match its source page one-to-one, with no gaps or merged cells. A quick turnaround is appreciated, but accuracy comes first; I will spot-check entries against the originals. If that sounds comfortable, let me know how soon you can start and how many pages per day you typically process.
