I have a batch of mixed-content paper documents that I will courier to you. Each sheet contains both text fields and numerical figures that must be transcribed with 100 % accuracy into a structured format—my preferred option is a clean Excel workbook, though Google Sheets is fine if you prefer working in the cloud.

The job is straightforward yet detail-oriented: carefully read every page, enter all alphanumeric information exactly as printed, and preserve any existing formatting such as dates, currency symbols, and reference codes. Before you start, we’ll agree on the column layout so the final file integrates smoothly with my internal system. A brief status update after the first ten pages will help us confirm that everything lines up before you continue with the rest.

Because the originals are coming to you by physical delivery, please make sure you have a secure workspace and are comfortable handling confidential paperwork. Once entry is complete, I’ll need the spreadsheet, a quick error-check log of any ambiguous items you found, and confirmation that you have shredded or returned the hard copies.
