Personal goal monitor

I need help completing a personal goals dashboard. I have the dropdown options for every goal in each section changing colors. I would like for each of the four sections to change colors based on how many goals I've accomplished in each of the sections. i.e. the entire section green if all three goals are green, with a gradient color showing when averaging the accomplished goals if in between (two yellows + one red), to the entire section red if all three goals are red. Thank you!
