Paper Customer Data Entry

I have a stack of paper forms containing customer details that need to live in a digital database. Your task is to read each form carefully and enter every field exactly as it appears—no shortcuts, no guessing—so the resulting file is an accurate reflection of the originals. I’ll supply scanned copies in sequential batches and a template spreadsheet that already has the required columns.

Accuracy matters more than speed: even minor typos in phone numbers or addresses will disrupt the mail-merge campaigns these records feed. I will run spot-checks after each batch, and we’ll keep moving only when the error rate stays below 1 %. Please plan for a quick turnaround on each batch so the whole job finishes on time. All work must remain confidential; the data contains personal contact details that can’t be shared.

Deliverable: a fully populated spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets—your choice) that mirrors the order of the paper forms and passes the accuracy check.
