PDF Text to Spreadsheet

I have a set of PDFs that contain plain, selectable text. I need every word lifted out—no omissions—and placed into a spreadsheet. The job is not a straight paste: I will supply a simple template that shows the custom column structure and cell styling I’m after. Headings, sub-headings, body copy, and any inline notes each have their own designated columns, so attention to detail is essential.
You may work in Excel or Google Sheets as long as the final file opens flawlessly in either. Accuracy matters more than speed; I will run a quick spot-check against the source PDFs before sign-off. If you find quirks such as unexpected line breaks or merged paragraphs, please normalize them so the sheet remains clean and searchable.
Deliverable:
• One fully populated spreadsheet following the provided formatting guide, with 100 % of the text from every PDF page captured and correctly placed.
