PDF Text to Google Sheets

I have a set of PDFs that contain text-only information arranged in a semi-structured way—sections and headings repeat, but the layout isn’t perfectly uniform. I need that text transferred with care into a Google Sheets file so each recurring field ends up in the same column across all rows.

You’ll work directly in the Sheet I share, keeping the original order of entries and respecting any line breaks or paragraph separations that help future filtering and searches. Accuracy matters more than speed; typos or skipped lines will break the dataset, so please double-check before marking a file complete.

If you have a preferred workflow—manual copy-paste, use of small OCR helpers for quicker capture, or any other method—that’s fine as long as the final Sheet is clean and faithfully reflects every word from the PDFs.

Deliverables:
• Fully populated Google Sheets document, one row per PDF section as discussed
• Spot-checked confirmation that all text is present and in the correct columns

Once the first batch is done and verified, there’s more work available in the same format.
