PDF Text to Google Sheets -- 2

I have a collection of PDFs whose text needs to be lifted out and organised in a single Google Sheet. Every entry should follow a clean, standardised layout so the data is immediately sortable and ready for filtering or pivoting the moment I open the file.

Key points for the job
• Pull only the textual content—no images or embedded tables.
• Paste the captured text into a Google Sheet I will share with you.
• Follow a consistent column structure and apply uniform fonts, line spacing, and date-number formats so everything looks tidy and is easy to process later.
• Double-check for missed characters, line breaks, or encoding glitches that sometimes slip through during copy-paste or OCR.

Acceptance criteria
1. All text present in each source PDF is accurately represented in the sheet.
2. No stray spacing, hard line breaks, or merged cells.
3. Each PDF gets its own tab, plus a master tab that consolidates everything.

Once complete, simply share the Google Sheet back with edit rights. I’ll review, spot-check a few random pages against the originals, and sign off when everything matches.
