PDF Text Entry to Spreadsheet -- 2

I have a batch of PDF files—no scans, just native PDFs—that need their textual content transferred into either Excel or Google Sheets. All I’m after is clean, plain-text values in the correct columns; headings, styling, or advanced formulas are not required.

You’ll simply copy or type the text exactly as it appears, watch out for line-break quirks, and make sure each row lines up with the template I provide. A sharp eye for typos is essential because I’d rather not spend extra time proof-reading.

Please send me a brief update at the end of each working day so we can spot issues early. If anything in a PDF seems unclear, flag it before moving on—I’d rather answer questions than fix batches later.

Deliverables
• One Excel workbook or Google Sheet (my choice on kickoff) fully populated with the extracted plain text
• A short daily message summarising pages completed and any anomalies found
