I have a set of PDFs that contain text-only tables. I simply need every table transcribed into a Google Sheet in plain text—no styling or special formatting, just clean rows and columns that mirror the original structure. Accuracy is crucial, so each cell in the sheet must match the corresponding cell in the PDF exactly, with no extra spaces or line breaks.
