PDF Table Data to Sheets -- 2

I have a set of PDFs whose content is organised strictly in table form. Every cell contains text only—no numbers to worry about. I need all of that text copied into a Google Sheet, mirroring the structure of each original table so that columns and rows line up perfectly.

While transferring, please apply the same bold or italic emphasis found in the source. No other fonts or styling are required; just replicate any bold/italic cues so that the sheet visually matches the PDF.

Deliverable
• A single Google Sheet (one tab per PDF, unless you suggest a cleaner approach) with all text placed in the correct cells and bold/italic formatting preserved.

Acceptance checks
• Table structure matches the PDFs row-for-row and column-for-column.
• All text present; spelling and line breaks unchanged.
• Bold and italics accurately reflected in the sheet.

If you are comfortable working in Google Sheets and have a good eye for formatting accuracy, this should be a straightforward task.
