PDF-to-Spreadsheet Data Conversion

I have a collection of text-based PDF files that contain a mixture of words, codes, and numerical values. I need every piece of that information transferred accurately into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet—either Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV, whichever you work fastest in.

Because the PDFs are already text-based, the task is less about manual typing and more about careful copy-paste or import, followed by diligent formatting so column headers, numbers, and text line up exactly as they do in the source files. I will supply the PDFs and a sample sheet layout; you return a completed file that mirrors the original content, free of transcription errors, with numeric fields preserved as numbers for easy calculation.
