PDF to Sheets Conversion

I need the content of several PDFs moved into a Google Sheet, preserving every text string and number exactly as they appear. All the data is mixed—names, codes, figures, dates—so accuracy in both words and numerals is essential. A single shared Sheet is fine; I only require standard formatting (plain rows and columns, no conditional rules or custom layouts).

Once you’re done, I should be able to filter, sort, and run basic sums without any hidden errors. Please include a quick spot-check of totals or item counts so we both know nothing was missed.
