PDF to Sheet Data Entry -- 2

I have a batch of PDF documents that need to be transcribed into a single spreadsheet. The content is mixed—both text fields and numbers—so you’ll be switching between typing labels and values as you go. I don’t have a rigid template; you’re free to structure the columns and rows in whichever way you feel keeps things neat, readable, and consistent across the file.

What matters most is accuracy. Before handing the file back, please give everything a quick second pass to catch typos or misplaced digits. If you spot gaps or unreadable sections in a PDF, leave a clear note in the sheet so I can follow up.
