PDF & Online Data Entry

I have two information streams that need to be merged into one clean, well-structured file. The numerical side comes straight from online databases, while the text snippets live inside a collection of PDFs. Your task is to copy the figures exactly, extract the relevant wording verbatim, and place them side-by-side in a single spreadsheet (Google Sheets or Excel—whichever you prefer).

Accuracy is the priority: every number has to match its source and each text block must stay intact, including punctuation and line breaks where meaningful. A simple, logical column layout—date, reference ID, numerical fields, corresponding text—is all that’s required; no advanced formulas or macros are necessary.

I’ll provide the database URLs, login credentials if needed, and the set of PDFs. Once you finish, send back the populated spreadsheet plus a brief note summarising any anomalies you spotted (illegible scans, missing values, duplicate records). If that overview is clear and the data lines up with spot checks, we’re done.

Turnaround: within three days of receiving the materials would be ideal, but let me know straight away if you need a bit more time.
