I have a collection of digital PDFs that contain both text and numbers, and I need every line transcribed with absolute accuracy. Your task is to key the data exactly as it appears in the PDFs into the data-capture template I will provide once we begin. Consistency in spelling, punctuation, and number formatting is essential; any deviation undermines later processing.

You should be comfortable working directly from PDFs, maintaining a methodical pace that balances speed with meticulous self-checking. If you already use tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or any similar data-entry software for your own verification, that will help you hit the accuracy target more quickly.

Deliverable
• A complete, error-free dataset covering all supplied PDF files.

Acceptance test
I will run a random spot-check. If at least 99 % of sampled entries match the source documents perfectly, the work is accepted and the milestone released.
