PDF Inventory Data to Sheets -- 2

I have an inventory file saved as a PDF and I need every data point transferred accurately into Google Sheets. The document is already organized line-by-line, so the task is primarily careful transcription rather than interpretation. Item names, SKU codes, quantities, unit costs, and any notes all need to appear in their own columns exactly as they appear in the source.

You may use an OCR tool to speed things up if you like, but I still expect manual proof-checking so the final sheet matches the PDF 100 %. Once complete, please share the Google Sheets link with editing rights and keep the original order of rows intact.
