PDF & Image Data Entry

I have a steady stream of tables and text that arrive as PDFs and clear images, and I need every line transferred accurately into spreadsheets. For each batch you’ll create two mirrored files—one in Microsoft Excel and one in Google Sheets—so my team can work in whichever platform suits them.

Accuracy is the top priority: numbers must match exactly, text must be free of typos, and column alignment needs to stay consistent. I do need a touch of polish, so please apply basic formatting such as bold headers where appropriate; nothing more elaborate is required.

You’ll receive the source files in shared folders, and you can return completed spreadsheets the same way. The workload is small but ongoing, and I’m flexible on turnaround time as long as you communicate your schedule. Good typing speed, solid attention to detail, and comfort with both Excel and Sheets are all that’s required—perfect for someone starting out and looking to build reliable feedback.
