PDF to Google Sheet Entry

I need the content of a small batch of PDFs—no more than five in total—typed into Google Sheets exactly as it appears. Each file mixes free-flow text with one or more tables, so the finished sheet must preserve that flow: titles in the same order, tables with the same column structure, and any subtotals or notes placed where they sit in the original.

Accuracy matters more than speed; numbers, dates and spelling must be double-checked so the sheet becomes an identical working copy of the source files. Once you finish, share the Google Sheet with editing rights so I can verify the layout against the PDFs.
