PDF Forms to Google Sheets

I have a batch of PDFs that contain filled-in forms. Each form mixes text entries (names, addresses, notes) with numerical values such as invoice numbers, dates, and totals. I need every field transferred accurately into a Google Sheet so the information is easy to filter and analyse later on.

You will receive the PDFs plus a template sheet that shows the exact column order that matches the form fields. Simply key in (or copy-paste) each value from the form into its corresponding column, keeping the original spelling, capitalisation, and number formatting. No extra cleaning or interpretation is required—I only need a faithful transcription.

Deliverables
• A single Google Sheet populated with every record from every PDF form
• Spot-check assurance that totals and key identifiers match the source documents
