PDF Form Data to Sheets

I have fewer than ten PDF files, each laid out as a standard form that mixes text fields with figures. I need every field copied faithfully into a Google Sheet I’ll share with you. Please replicate the exact wording, numbers, and order you see on the form so I can run look-ups later without having to clean anything.

You’re free to use whatever approach you prefer—manual key-in, PDF-to-CSV tools, or a script in Python/Apps Script—as long as the finished sheet is complete, tidy, and consistent across all pages. I’ll consider the task done when:

• each PDF has its own tab (or a clear row identifier)
• no form field is missing or mis-typed
• number formats (dates, currency, percentages) stay intact

Once you finish, just send back the Google Sheet link with edit rights so I can spot-check and close the job.
