PDF Data entry to Google Sheets

I have a collection of PDFs that contain pure text arranged as straightforward lists—no tables, no images. I need every list item lifted from those files and entered cleanly into a shared Google Sheet. Accuracy matters more than speed; line breaks and bullet order must be preserved exactly as they appear so I can run formulas later without re-formatting.

You may copy-paste manually or script the process with your preferred PDF-to-text tool, as long as the final Sheet mirrors the source lists perfectly. Please work in the Google Sheet I will share, keeping one tab per original PDF and adding a brief note if any text is unreadable. Familiarity with Google Sheets functions (TRIM, SPLIT, etc.) is helpful for quick clean-up, but the core task is faithful data entry.
