PDF Data to Spreadsheet Transfer Simple Data Entry Work
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a set of PDF files that hold both text and numerical data, and I need every piece of that information moved into a single, well-structured Google Sheet (or Excel workbook if you find that faster). The source formatting must be mirrored in the spreadsheet, duplicate rows stripped out, and a final pass made to confirm the file is error-free.
What you’ll actually do
• Open each PDF, extract the text and numbers, and place them in the correct columns.
• Keep fonts, dates, currency symbols, and number formats consistent throughout the sheet.
• Run a quick de-duplication check so no record appears twice.
• Give everything one last review so the sheet is 100 % accurate before handing it over.
Acceptance criteria
• All text and numerical values from every PDF are present and correctly aligned.
• No duplicate entries remain.
• Column formatting is uniform across the entire file.
• I can filter, sort, and run basic formulas without any data issues.
If you’re comfortable working quickly in either Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, have an eye for detail, and can meet a tight turnaround, I’d love to hand this task off to you.
