PDF Data to Google Sheets
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have several PDFs filled with a mix of free-form text and embedded tables. They need to be turned into clean, structured information inside my Google Sheets template. The template already has predefined columns, some dedicated to entire text blocks and others that break those blocks into smaller fields, so the job is more than straight copy-and-paste—you’ll have to interpret the material and decide which portions belong in single-column cells and which should be split across multiple columns.
You will receive:
• A folder of the source PDFs
• The Google Sheet template with sample rows that illustrate the required column mapping
What I expect back:
• Every PDF fully transcribed and reformatted in the sheet, row-by-row, following the template exactly
• Consistent treatment of numbers, dates, and paragraph breaks so downstream formulas work reliably
• A short note highlighting any ambiguous items you encounter, so I can confirm the correct placement
If you rely on tools like Google Apps Script, regex cleaning, or PDF-to-CSV utilities to speed things up, that’s fine—as long as the final sheet is accurate and neatly formatted.
