PDF Data to Google Sheets

I need the information stored in a collection of PDF files copied into a single, well-organized Google Sheet. The PDFs contain a mix of text and numerical fields that must be transcribed exactly as they appear, preserving any table structure where relevant so formulas and filtering will work once the data is in Sheets.

You will receive read-only access to a shared Drive folder with all source PDFs and an empty Google Sheet already laid out with the column headers I need. Your job is to:

• Open each PDF, locate every field that matches a column header, and enter the value into the correct cell
• Keep the original order of records so the rows in the sheet match the sequence of pages or items in the PDFs
• Perform a quick visual check for typos, missing decimals, or misaligned columns before moving to the next file

Deliverables
1. A fully populated Google Sheet containing all extracted data, ready for my review
2. A short note summarising any pages that were illegible or contained ambiguous text so I can verify them

Accuracy is critical; if you spot inconsistencies in the PDFs (for example, a field that changes position from one page to another), flag them rather than guessing.
