PDF Data Entry to Sheets
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a batch of PDFs—some selectable text, others scanned images—that need to be transferred accurately into a pre-structured Google Sheet. Every entry from each file goes into its own row following the column order I will share once we start.
You will:
• Extract the text directly when it is embedded.
• Run reliable OCR on the image-based pages, double-checking characters that often mis-read (e.g., “I/1”, “O/0”).
• Keep original spelling, punctuation, and line breaks unless the sheet’s layout requires trimming.
The job is finished when the Google Sheet is fully populated, free of empty required cells, and sample-checked for 100 % accuracy on totals I provide.
