PDF Data Entry to Google Sheets

I need the information from a set of PDFs moved into a Google Sheets file I will share with you. The sheet already has a fixed structure designed around product details and prices, so each entry must drop perfectly into the existing columns. You’ll be working with mixed data—text for things like product names and descriptions, and numbers for multiple price points.

Here’s what matters most to me:
• Every row follows the template exactly (product name, SKU, short description, unit price, bulk price, currency, and any notes).
• Figures stay true to the source; no rounding or formatting glitches.
• Anything unreadable in the PDF is flagged in a separate “Issues” tab rather than guessed.

Feel free to use OCR tools, copy-paste, or manual typing—whichever keeps errors to a minimum—but double-check everything before handing it back. When the sheet is complete, simply notify me in the comments and I’ll verify a random sample for accuracy.
