Overnight LinkedIn Candidate Outreach

I’m a UK-based recruiter who needs my LinkedIn pipeline kept alive while I’m offline. During UK night-time hours I’ll hand over a list of target profiles (or clear search parameters) plus a short, pre-written opening note. Your job is simply to send that initial contact message to each relevant candidate, keep track of who you reached, and note any immediate replies.

To make this work smoothly:
• Use my LinkedIn credentials or a seat I assign you.
• Stick to the exact outreach template I provide, personalising only the name and, when required, a visible skill from the profile.
• Log every profile visited, message sent and reply received in a shared Google Sheet so I can pick up the thread each morning.

Acceptance is straightforward: if the sheet shows all agreed profiles contacted, messages match the template and any replies are flagged for me, the shift is complete.
