Online Database Data Entry

I have a steady flow of records that need to be copied from several online databases and placed into a structured spreadsheet. The information is a mix of text fields (names, addresses, notes) and numerical figures (prices, quantities, IDs). Accuracy is critical because these files feed directly into my accounting system later on.

You’ll log in to the web portals I provide, locate the required entries, and transfer them into Google Sheets or Excel—whichever you’re most comfortable with—as long as the final file is clean, well-formatted, and ready for immediate upload to my own software. I’ll give you a small test batch first; once that’s approved, the full dataset will follow.

Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet containing every assigned record, with no blanks where data exists in the source
• Consistent formatting: dates as YYYY-MM-DD, currency fields with two decimals, text precisely as shown (no auto-corrections)
• A short status note summarising any rows you flagged for review
