Ongoing Customer Data Entry Specialist
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need reliable, detail-oriented support to keep our customer records up-to-date across Excel, Google Sheets, SAP, and Oracle. The information comes to me in mixed formats—some already digital, some still on paper—so you should feel comfortable switching between screen and scanned copy while maintaining absolute accuracy and discretion with sensitive customer data.
The collaboration is hourly and intended to be long-term; as customer information flows in, I will forward batches for you to validate, clean where necessary, and import into the appropriate system. Timely turnarounds and clear communication on data anomalies are essential.
Deliverables I expect from each batch:
• A clean, fully reconciled spreadsheet or database upload file ready for import
• Confirmation that all mandatory fields are complete, duplicates removed, and formats consistent
• A brief changelog noting any issues or assumptions made during entry
If you already work confidently inside Excel functions, Google Sheets formulas, and the basic data-entry modules of SAP or Oracle, I’d love to start with a small test set and then move to steady weekly work.
