OCR PDF Data to Sheet

I have a batch of scanned-page PDF files whose contents need to live in my Google Sheet. Because the pages are images rather than selectable text, accurate OCR is essential before anything is keyed in.

What I will give you
• A folder of the scanned PDFs, all in English and fairly consistent in layout.
• A Google Sheet with the exact column structure and a few sample rows so you can see the formatting I need.

What I need back
• Each PDF fully converted with OCR and its data entered into the corresponding rows of the Sheet.
• Manual verification after OCR so that names, numbers and dates match the source perfectly—no raw, un-checked OCR dumps.
• The Sheet kept tidy: consistent capitalization, no trailing spaces, and any unreadable characters flagged in a notes column.

Preferred approach
Feel free to use any reliable OCR workflow—Adobe Acrobat, Tesseract, Google Drive’s built-in OCR or similar—as long as the end result in the Sheet is 99%+ accurate. If you spot tables or sections that won’t parse cleanly, just enter them manually.
