I have a Google Sheet ready to receive a batch of numerical records that appear throughout a set of source documents. I will share the sheet structure—column order, decimal precision, and any prefixes—so every figure lands in exactly the right place. You will open each document I supply (PDF and Word files), locate the numbers I highlight, and transcribe them into the sheet without altering their format.

Accuracy is everything: every cell must match the source value and conform to the template I provide. Once the sheet is complete, a quick spot-check on totals or averages will confirm nothing slipped.
