Numeric PDF Data to Sheets

I have a batch of PDFs that contain purely numeric information which I need moved into a Google Sheet. Every value has to appear in the spreadsheet with exactly two decimal places—no rounding differences or stray formatting.
The task is straightforward: open each PDF, capture the numbers exactly as they appear, and paste them into the correct columns in my shared Google Sheet while applying the two-decimal formatting. Accuracy is everything here, so I’ll be spot-checking totals and random rows before signing off.
