Numeric Data Entry to Sheets

I have a collection of PDF files that contain numeric tables. I need every number transferred accurately into a Google Sheet, keeping the layout clean with standard, no-frills formatting.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Open each PDF and capture every numeric value exactly as shown—no omissions, no rounding.
• Enter the data row-by-row into my shared Google Sheet.
• Apply Google Sheets’ default number format so the information is ready for basic calculations and filtering.
• Double-check totals or obvious patterns to flag any transcription slips before you hand off the file.
If you already work comfortably with Google Sheets and have a sharp eye for detail, this task should be straightforward. I’ll provide drive access to the PDFs and the destination sheet as soon as we start, and I’m happy to answer questions along the way.
