Need Google Forms experienced. (Open for other solutions)

Hello,
I am looking to make an google form that can handle the following things. (excuse the account name , I made this account when I was 16)
1. It will be a "Daily Job Report" , with basic data entry (which branch of the company, CA or NY, job #, date, photos of the contract(up to 7 sheets), if there was a revision to the contract, any issues with clients, who were the employees and how many hrs. each one get, how much foreman commission, how big was the job, how many CF (cubic feet) the job was, etc.)
2. I will like the photos to be separated by folder if possible, based on the job#.
3. I would like based on this forms answers, to report to automate weekly (will pay a subscription if needed); reports such as : Total Revisions made this week, Per job# , how big was the job, how many CF was charged, how much foreman commission weekly, etc.
4. I would like the daily job report to come to an email address, based on the branch.
5. This form comes with strings attached; as any additional editing(i am sure it'll come), I will be contacting you to add them and obviously pay for it, if its a large editing or if its a simple thing. If you're good with excel/Google Sheets, we will discuss other projects as well.
6. Has to look professional, if it wanted something simple, I would edit it out myself, just don't have the time.
